Tradition and Heritage Events

  • Division Trust Fund Scholarship Program annual awards to universities.
  • Division Trust Fund annual donations to various charities.
  • Support and maintenance of RCMP & NWMP Heritage sites such as Emerson, Fort Dufferin, Lower Fort Garry and the March West Heritage.

Law enforcement/community

  • Standing Representative at RCMP medal ceremonies
  • Remembrance Day Service Attendance by Association Members
  • Attendance at Annual Police Memorial Service
  • Assist the RCMP Grave Inspection Program
  • Assist at Book of Memory Service every November
  • Assist RCMP with used Uniform & KIT Collection

Association Programs/Services

  • Division Advocacy Director offers assistance to the membership through hospital visits, wellness calls and contact for families upon passing of members and provides timely updates on veteran issues and benefit
  • Annual gravesite inspections
  • Active Widow/Widower Support Group
  • Annual Christmas Cake Program for Widows

Special Events

  • Regular and informal meetings in Winnipeg and several rural communities with luncheons, guest speakers and social events
  • Annual Fish Fry & June General Meeting in Gimli
  • Annual Fall Dinner with the Dunford’s” and September General Meeting
  • Welfare and Support for members/families in difficult times through our Advocacy Committee.
