The Central Vancouver Island Division encompasses all areas north of the Malahat Hwy to the north tip of Vancouver Island, including many smaller islands and Powell River. Our purpose is to create and foster fellowship, develop new friendships and also to renew past friendships with all our members and families. To that end, members, their partners and families are welcome at all of our meetings and get-togethers. Monthly meetings (except July and August) rotate between our larger centres of Duncan, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Parksville/Qualicum, Port Alberni, Courtenay/Comox and Campbell River. These meetings are normally are held on the second Saturday of each month and include a buffet catered lunch.

Tradition and heritage events

Our division makes annual charitable donations. At the present time, we are supporting the Charitable Bruce Dennison Bone Marrow Program both financially and with some of our members acting as stem cell couriers for the program.

Activities

Visitations to veterans and members, and get-well offerings.
