In Loving Memory of Murray George
April 4, 1943 – April 1, 2025
It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather: Murray George.
To know Murray was to know kindness in its purest form. He was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back—without hesitation, without question—time and time again. His generosity knew no bounds, and his love for family, friends, and even strangers was endless.
Murray was truly one of the sweetest souls you could ever meet. He brought warmth, humour, and quiet strength into every room he entered. He made people feel safe, valued, and seen.
We are devastated by this loss but forever grateful for the love he gave us, the lessons he taught us, and the example he set. He was deeply loved, and he will be deeply missed.
Rest easy, Dad. You were one of a kind.
Lovingly remembered by Jackie, Darcy and Ryan
Remembered with respect and gratitude for his service.
Murray George joined the RCMP on July 15, 1965. Following recruit training in Regina, he was posted to British Columbia. He served at various locations including Richmond and Maple Ridge. He retired at the rank of Staff Sergeant on April 28, 1994.
