Following the government’s announcements concerning the RCMP pay raise , I felt oblige to write to our Minister expressing our disappointment with the insufficient retroactive pay increases to the members of the RCMP. To date, the Association has not received an acknowledgement, nor a reply from Mr Goodale.
I felt it important we remind our Minister that there is an expectation from the BOD and the members at large that the government give us an update on what their intentions are concerning the welfare of the RCMP members.
