On behalf of all RCMP Veterans, President Al Rivard expressed condolences to Chief Del Manak of the Victoria Police Department, on the occasion of the passing of Cst. Ian Jordan, as a result of injuries sustained in an on-duty motor vehicle accident in September 1987.
