Your ad hoc volunteer committee has put the final touches on the 66-year RCMP Victoria Sub/Div. reunion. All retired and current employees/members, including spouses, of Victoria Sub/Div. HQ, “E” Division HQ and Victoria Sub/Div. Detachments are invited to celebrate yesterday, today and tomorrow during this 150th Year Celebration. Municipal police department members who worked with the various Sub/Div. sections are welcome.

Some Trivia: Victoria Sub/Div. included the whole of Vancouver Island at one time.

Pre-registration and payment is required for this event

Please contact Vivian Mah at to initiate your interest in attending. If you are not already in receipt of an Info Package containing the Invitation, Registration form, Event Program, payment procedures, as well as hotel info, one will be sent to you by return email. Please book early as space is limited.

Hotel rooms, within easy walking distance of the event venue (Royal Canadian Legion Branch 7 Britannia), have already been blocked on a first-come, first-served basis.

We need everyone’s assistance in getting the word out to promote the reunion. Please share this invitation with all former and current work colleagues, i.e. RCMP Veterans/employees, serving members/employees, and the included municipal police department officers.

Suggestion for consideration: Out-of-town guests may want to combine a short holiday in conjunction with this special 150 Year Celebration to stay a little longer and explore all the changes in and around the Greater Victoria area.

Join in connecting with old work colleagues, sharing old memories, and making some new ones. Carry on the Esprit de Corps that has always provided a proud, strong and lasting bond among employees and RCMP members and the close community of police officers.

Thank you from all the reunion committee members who include Lynn Baber, Vivian Mah, Rosie Bowman, Trish Owens, Rick Lawson, and Rick Saville.
