Dear Association Members,
It has just been announced (March 2nd., 2020) that the Federal Government has stepped away from the plan to “deem” civilian members into the Phoenix pay system.
Both the CM’s and associated Unions have expressed a great deal of concern over being deemed – and that concern appears to have brought about this change.
